Return Policy:

You can return or exchange the design you purchased from La Tua Luce Jewelry within 14 days, in a new and unused condition, with all protective materials and tags intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We recommend sending return/exchange items to us via registered mail. The responsibility for the products lies with the customer until they are received by La Tua Luce, and the return/exchange costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. To start a return, you can contact us at info@latualucejewelry.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, an email confirming the receipt of the returned product will be sent to you. If your return is approved, the refund process will be initiated automatically to your credit card or original payment method within a specified period. Our team will provide you with detailed information about the process.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The shipping charges belongs to the customer for exchange.
