Questions about us
- What are your store hours?
Our jeweler works. So, we work 09.00-18.00 in hours. We have one jeweler, for now, it's in İstanbul. Also, we have a website and Etsy shop where you can shop always.
Desing & Ordering
- Do you make custom designs?
Yes! We don't accept all custom designs but we take on most off.
- Can you customize one of your existing designs?
Yes, mostly we do.
Sizing
- What if I don't know my ring size?
If you go to a jeweler, they will help you to learn your ring size.
- Can I use a size conversion chart online to find my ring size?
We have size conversion chart in our website and ETSY shop. You can concersion with our size chart.
Shipping
- Which companies do we prefer for shipping?
We have an agreement with DHL and UPS. We mostly use DHL Express and UPS Express for shipping, but sometimes customers want different company, in such case we ship with the company customers want. Delivery time is between 2-5 days.
Returns, Resizing & Repairs
- What is La Tua Luce Jewelry’s return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges except for custom pieces. Items must be returned in unworn condition within 14 days of receipt. The product must be returned with the box it was sent in, to avoid damage to the product. If you want to exchange your piece, we’ll apply the full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or greater value. After 14 days, all sales are final.
- I accidentally damaged my jewelry! What do I do?
Don't worry. We'll take care of you! Please do contact us and then we will solve your damage problem.
- The ring I ordered doesn’t fit. Can you resize it?
Yes, absolutely. As long as it's a La Tua Luce Jewelry piece, we will resize it for free. You will paid only shipping fee.
